In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To meet the deadline, simply send us your withdrawal request before the period expires.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund your order amount, as well as the initial delivery costs (standard delivery). If you chose express delivery, the difference remains at your expense.
Return shipping costs: The costs of returning the products are at your expense, unless otherwise indicated.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Products unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
Products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
Sealed audio, video recordings or computer software unsealed after delivery
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your consent
Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscriptions)
Accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services to be provided on a specific date
